| "Our
company, Rose, is a family business and we believe in
the same values and qualities that are important to you and
your family. When we shaped the plans for the future of Breakfast
Point, we were inspired not only by the site’s heritage
and scenic waterside setting, but by our vision of a neighborhood
with a special sense of place and character.”

Bob Rose
AM - Chief Executive Officer
Bob Rose
has learned from long experience that progress
reports delivered to head office will tell only
part of the story. He knows that if a project
is to meet the high standards he sets for every
job, he has to be on top of every detail. Ask
him why his commitment to quality – from
use of open space, respect for our heritage, to
design, fittings and landscaping and his answer
is simple “To create communities which bring
out the best in people”.
|
| Bob’s
ability to conceptualise a project’s end result,
envision a community landscape, liaise with joint
venture partners and the community itself whilst
directing complex construction projects, has made
him a most respected property developer. In his
office, taking pride of place is a tribute from
the residents of a development just completed by
Rose. It recognises his vision in creating a
new community which the residents clearly appreciate.
For Bob Rose, that’s what makes it all worthwhile.
Bob Rose is Chairman of the NSW Urban Taskforce,
a board member of INTBAU (www.intbau.org/) and also
holds a number of company directorships. |
